The Season 3 finale title, "Troy", has pushed fans into Helen-of-Troy, Trojan-Horse and Plato's-cave readings. A show-only argument holds that the silos themselves are a Trojan Horse: presented as salvation while concealing what they really are and what they cost.

S3E9The Daniel/Helen separation and the reveal of Daniel as a wanted Silo 1 asset set up the finale, "Troy," as the emotional and structural payoff of the origin timeline.

S3E10The motif pays off: "Troy" is Daniel Keene's rebuilt Silo 1 identity, and the Trojan-Horse reading lands - the silos are the beautiful lie that hides a weapon, while Helen, the woman Troy cannot forget, carries the Helen-of-Troy echo into the finale's last beat.
