Ned Dennehy plays Ed Harwood, the head of mining in Silo 18. As Billings and Hank work Orla Kent's murder in S3E6, Harwood's operation surfaces as the strongest lead for a hidden route through the silo: mining figures appear to move between the Mines and Supply far faster than the main stairs allow, and Harwood controls the one part of the silo where secret tunnels could plausibly exist.
