Charlotte Keene is book canon: a character from Hugh Howey's Silo novels (Shift / Dust) who has not yet appeared on screen. In the books she is Daniel (Donald) Keene's younger sister and a former unmanned-aircraft pilot who is woken from cryosleep generations later inside the command silo, flies a surviving drone over the dead surface, and becomes one of the very few to grasp the system's full scope. She is included here as a book-sourced counterpart to the show's Before Times timeline, and everything below is drawn from the novels rather than aired canon.
Book readers expect Charlotte to be the bridge between the Before Times conspiracy and whatever authority sits above the silos - the sibling who ends up seeing the whole board. In the novels she is central to the trilogy's endgame and to Daniel's arc. Whether (and how) the show adapts her is unconfirmed.
